If you are unable to visit the galleries and make your purchase online or by phone we are able to offer an efficient and safe delivery service both in the UK and overseas, with items insured against loss or damage whilst in transit.
We recognise that any purchase from our gallery represents a serious investment and that making a judgement based on a web image is no substitute for seeing the actual item. It’s not the intention to run this as an impersonal and remote site. We are often complimented on the level of personal service and assistance we offer and encourage clients to make contact by email or in person to discuss individual items or request additional images or for more general for advice.
If you are making a selection from the site we would like it to meet with your expectations and to give lasting pleasure We hope you will be satisfied with the item on receipt but if not we offer a returns policy.
RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
If you are buying online and have not seen the work, you have a right to view and approve your purchase on receipt of the item and will be entitled to cancel the agreement up to 7 working days from the day after delivery by notifying us by phone or by email.
The returns policy applies to sales made within the UK where the selection is based on an image/photo as opposed to seeing the actual item. For international sales please ask for terms in advance.
In the case of cancellation the buyer will receive a full refund of the price the buyer paid for the work minus delivery and return charges. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the work to the seller.
For commissioned works or items that are made to your individual order buyers should satisfy themselves that they are aware of the quality and nature of the item in advance as we consider this a firm order and we cannot offer refunds for items that are individually commissioned or produced to order, whether purchased online by mail or in person.
ITEMS PURCHASED IN PERSON FROM THE GALLERY
The rules above apply to online or “distance” purchases only. Where items are purchased in person at the gallery they cannot be returned for refund unless it is agreed in writing at the time of sale that the item is to be taken on approval, or if the item is damaged or faulty.
